About This Project

My name is Ella Williams. I am an American with a background of living as an expat for much of my childhood. My piece of artwork, inspired by the American Love Project, attempted to convey the harmony and peacefulness of an American skyline at night. My vision was to show the beauty of harmony in America, which I tried to convey with the balance of the blues in the water and sky. My piece represents how much of a beautiful mess America is. If you look closer into my piece, the background of my sky says love many times, which symbolizes how love is backbone of America. I wanted to show how America at night is a snapshot of love, harmony, and peace.
