I included lots of clips from newspaper articles and imagery from news channels, social gatherings, and riots. The quote is from Dalai Lama; “Love and compassion are necessitates, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.” I believe that this quote is important because it really makes you think about the way people are treating each other in society today. I included the bleeding read love heart as a sort of ironic twist. This is the LOVE Project, so there should be imagery reflecting that. But I also wanted it to look like it was bleeding to emphasize how deadly COVID can really be.
